Customized or personalized products are manufactured based on customer-approved artwork, logos, text, designs, branding, or other specifications provided by the customer.
Once production has commenced, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded, except where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, spellings, dimensions, and specifications are accurate before approving production.

After inspection and approval of the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to the customer's AHP Traders Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
